Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Check back tomorrow for a San Francisco treat! No, it's not Rice-A-Roni.
Sorry about the lack of posting yesterday, but I'm a bit under the weather. Never fear though, I'm back today! I had this shot all framed up and a seagull flew in and made it way better than it would've been! Enjoy!
Just got back from our fabulous trip to San Francisco. The hotel was great, kids did awesome, and I took a lot of pictures. I think this is a trip that we'll all remember for a long time to come. Lots of stories and images to share, but I thought I'd start with a classic. This is a view that's been photographed thousands of times, but I wanted to have my very own. It was the perfect time to be up there, with the sun setting and a clear view over the bay. So nice.
San Francisco. That's right the city by the bay. We decided to pack up the whole family and make a little (long) weekend trip up state. We've got lots planned, including trips to Skywalker Ranch and Alcatraz. Today's image comes courtesy of our hotel room at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins. Hotwire rocks!
Lower Yosemite Falls, circa...? Had some fun giving this image a faded, vintage look. Taken in early November last year.
I took this at my Grandmother's house last year. This picture has hung in this spot since before I was born. Capturing memories.
I just got around to processing this image that I took back in November. This is a 3 exposure HDR with a little special sauce for flavor. ;) Makes me want to get back up there as soon as possible! Have a great weekend!
I was looking back through some of images of Yosemite taken last fall, and I realized that I had never blogged this one. Shame on me! This was taken right outside our cabin.
I went for a hike in the rain yesterday with my good friend. Got really soaked, but loved every minute. Thanks Joe.
