It's always worth looking to see what's right around you. All I had to do for this one was look for the weeds in my front yard.

Getty curves

I had a awesome time last weekend at the Getty. Unfortunately, due to some technical issues regarding my new cameras RAW format I can't access my images in the usual way. This isn't a bug, just the reality of getting a camera the day it comes out! Anywho, all that to say that my posting from the Getty will be a bit slower than usual.

Oh yes I did take a picture on the subway

I was kicked out a while back for trying to take pictures on the subway platform. They didn't say nuthin' about taking pictures ON the subway though. That's how I roll.

First 50

Here's the first images from my 50D. I'm loving this camera! It's so fast and all the controls are so easy to get at. The screen on the back is a knockout! It's also heavier than my previous camera and I'm really liking that a lot. It feels really solid and gives a nice stable platform to shoot from. More to come soon, but I wanted to put out a few shots for those who were interested.
