But I was curious do you use a lighting source at all on this shot or is it all natural lighting. Also, what were your settings?

B Dad, this was handheld, natural light, f/5.6, iso 400 @ 1/200.
I was going to ask the same - they look like they have some uplighting, which makes the shot even more impressive that they haven't. Love the colour and the composition. Kevin
