Contrast

Well, I found out on Tuesday that I was losing my full time gig. I've been thrown into a very crowded freelance environment with an ever shrinking number of projects. But I have my wife. I have my family. I have my health. I have good friends. This was a surprise certainly, but I believe now that it is a catalyst to move me in a new direction. I wanted to make an image that represented my initial feeling and my outlook now. Despair to Hope. God is good.

Dude, my heart goes out to you and your family. It is a very interesting picture and very creative way of portraying your feelings and outlook.

You've always been extremely creative so I'm interested in what the future brings.

You are incredibly talented, and I know that the powers-that-be in your town are bound to pay attention to that fact. And as for the REAL Powers-That-Be, well, you're in my prayers. :) xoxo
